Associate
Matt Konicoff is an Investment Sales Associate at Invictus Property Advisors, where he specializes in advising property owners, investors, and developers on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate throughout New York City. With a sharp analytical mindset and deep market knowledge, Matt provides clients with data-driven valuations, strategic insights, and transaction support across multifamily, mixed-use, and development assets.
Prior to joining Invictus, Matt worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in New York City within the Real Estate Tax division. There, he collaborated with institutional investors and REIT clients, contributing to tax structuring strategies and financial modeling that supported large-scale real estate transactions and portfolio management.
Matt graduated Cum Laude from the University of Delaware with a double major in Finance and Accounting. During his time at Delaware, he served as Treasurer of both the Accounting Student Association and Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity, overseeing financial operations and planning key events. His academic and leadership achievements were recognized with the Schroeder Family Finance Award and the Jeffrey Heimann Memorial Award.
Outside of work, Matt is a lifelong New Yorker and sports enthusiast—proudly supporting the Yankees, Jets, Knicks, and Rangers. He also enjoys skiing, hiking, and staying current on real estate trends and market shifts.
