Ben Ciancio is an Investment Sales Associate at Invictus Property Advisors, specializing in The Bronx and Brooklyn submarkets. He focuses on building strong relationships and creating value for investors, developers, and landlords through extensive market knowledge and creative problem solving.

Ben is skilled in the valuation and marketing of various real estate asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, office, and development sites. Before joining Invictus, Ben interned with Keyah Enterprises and Sackman Enterprises giving him experience in property leasing and management. He also graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. majoring in Finance and minoring in Real Estate. At Lehigh, Ben was treasurer of the Real Estate Club and Community Service Chair of the Psi Upsilon fraternity.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys fitness and skiing. He is also a passionate supporter of his hometown New York Jets and New York Knicks.
